Lawn and Garden Maintenance - Property Maintenance Programs:
12-Month Complete Program:
April - Spring Clean-Up:
Rake and/or blow off lawn and garden areas. Selective seasonal pruning*. Cultivate and edge gardens. Dethatch and/or cut lawn areas if required. Minor overseeding if required. Blow off walkways, patios, and driveways. Remove debris.
May to October - Weekly Maintenance:
Cut and trim lawn areas once per week. Selective seasonal pruning*. Cultivate and edge gardens biweekly. Blow off walkways, patios, and driveways. Remove debris.
November - Biweekly Fall Clean-Up:
Rake and/or blow off lawn and garden areas. Selective seasonal pruning*. Cut lawn areas if required. Blow off walkways, patios, and driveways. Remove leaves and debris in conjunction with municipal leaf collection schedule.
December to March - Snow and Ice Maintenance:
Clear snow from driveways, main walkway, and adjoining municipal sidewalks. Minimum of 2 inches accumulation. In the event that snow clearing is not required during any one month from December to March and if the weather is favourable i.e. warmer temperatures and a necessary thaw, a property clean-up will be provided and is included in the monthly contract price. Ice melting services are also available upon request.
8-Month Complete Program:
